Okay, so what's the pejorative slang term for McCain followers? (in particular. I can think of plenty of pejorative terms for conservatives.)

Obama has 'obamatrons' and 'obammunists', Paul had 'paultards' and (by association) 'randroids', but McCain?

What, McCainaanites?

No one really votes for McCain. They vote for not Obama or for Christian values or something. Obama's Christian values don't count, because he doesn't bother to say that only Christianity counts and that's why true Americans go to heaven.

And I love how people will bring up that part of an old Biden stump speech was cribbed from a british pol but no one mentions that McCain's supposedly-formative "cross in the dirt" prison guard story was lifted from Solzhenitsyn (who, I am sure, made it up himself).

Solzhenitsyn did not make up the story. Solzhenitsyn never told that story. Chuck Colson -- Watergate felon turned preacher Chuck Colson -- made up the story and attributed it to Solzhenitsyn.
